Indian Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
1. Customer Terms
- OTP Verification: Account creation requires phone number verification via OTP.
- Punctuality: Barbers reserve the right to skip your position if you are not present when called.
- Booking Fees: Priority checkouts are processed in INR (₹) via Razorpay.
2. Barber Partner Terms
- Queue Integrity: Partners must maintain active lists in real-time.
- Subscription Fees: Premium partner access requires a ₹299/mo subscription fee.
3. Refund Policy
All queue booking and subscription fees are non-refundable. Discrepancies should be reported to support@snipzy.co.in within 7 days for resolution.
